- sugar - 3 c
- cinnamon - 4 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- water - 2/3 c
- nutmeg - 4 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- pumpkin - 2 c
- nuts - 1 c
- cooking oil - 1 c
- raisins - 1 c
How to make pumpkin bread:
Mix flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda. Make a well. Add oil, water, eggs and pumpkin. Mix well. Add nuts and raisins. Fill floured, well-greased 1-pound coffee cans about 1/2 full. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool completely before removing from cans. Bread may be baked in pans instead of cans.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Vegetables.
