Ingredients/Components

• cooked rice - 1 c
• carton Cool Whip - 1 item
• mini marshmallows - 1 c
• crushed pineapple with juice - 1 c
• to 2 bananas - 1 item
• instant pudding lemon, coconut or vanilla - 1 pkg

How to make pineapple rice:

Blend pudding mix with pineapple and juice. Stir until blended. Add rest of ingredients. Ready to eat or will store nicely.
