Pineapple marshmallow dessert
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- whipping cream - 1 pt
- large marshmallows
- large can crushed pineapple, drained well - 1 item
How to make pineapple marshmallow dessert:
Melt marshmallows with milk in double boiler. Stir until all marshmallows are melted. Let cool in refrigerator until a little thick. Whip 1 pint of whipping cream. Add to marshmallow mixture. Fold in well drained pineapple. Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with graham cracker crumb crust. Pour marshmallow mixture on top. Let stand in refrigerator for several hours. May be made the night before.Optional: Add some graham cracker crumbs and chopped nuts on top or top each serving with a little whipped cream and a cherry.
