Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- water - 2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 1/2 c
- sifted flour - 2 c
- raisins - 1 c
- nuts to taste - 1 item
- crushed pineapple, strained - 3/4 c
- each white and brown sugars - 1 c
- cloves, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg to taste - 1 item
How to make pineapple drop cookies:
Boil raisins in water. Add rest of ingredients and spread on cookie sheet and bake. Glaze with sugar and milk frosting which will help keep cookies fresh. Cut into squares when ready to serve.
