Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- Ritz crackers, crushed
- stick oleo, melted - 1/2 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- pineapple juice - 3 Tbsp
- large can chunk pineapple, drained - 1 item
How to make pineapple casserole:
Put pineapple in casserole dish. Mix 3/4 cup sugar and flour. Sprinkle over pineapple. Then pour pineapple juice over. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over. Mix crackers and oleo. Put on top. Bake 15 minutes in 325° oven.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Main dish.
