  • vanilla
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 lb
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 c
  • 8 oz - 1 c
  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, softened - 1/2 c
  • chopped ripe bananas about 4 medium - 2 c
  • Grease and flour three round 9-inch cake pans

How to make pineanna nut cake:

Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour three round 9-inch cake pans. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in large bowl. Add oil and eggs. Stir until all dry ingredients are moistened (do not beat). Stir in bananas, pecans, vanilla and pineapple. Divide batter and bake 25 to 30 minutes.Cream Cheese Frosting For Pineanna Nut Cake:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened1 (1 lb.) pkg. confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla Beat cream cheese and butter in a large bowl on medium speed until smooth. Beat in confectioners sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Sprinkle with pecans.
