Pecan fingers
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 2 c
- butter - 1 c
- water - 1 Tbsp
- confectioners sugar - 1/4 c
- sifted flour - 2 c
How to make pecan fingers:
Blend butter and sugar until creamy. Add vanilla and water. Add flour and nuts. Chill 1 hour in refrigerator. Form into small roll about size of finger or round balls. Place on cookie sheet close together. Bake in a 250° oven for 1 hour. Roll in powdered sugar. Makes about 5 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
