Peanut butter fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- stick margarine - 1 item
- peanut butter
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- jar marshmallow cream - 1 oz
- large bag butterscotch chips - 1 item
How to make peanut butter fudge:
Combine melted margarine with sugar and milk in a large heavy saucepan. Cook and stir constantly until boiling rapidly. Stir at a rapid boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add chips, marshmallow cream and peanut butter. Beat well with spoon. Spread on large greased sheet and cool before cutting.
