Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1/2 c
- packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1 item
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- peanut butter - 1/3 c
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1/2 item
- quick cooking oats uncooked - 1 c
- Cut in peanut butter
How to make peanut butter fingers:
Combine sugars, flour and oatmeal in bowl. Cut in peanut butter. Add egg, vanilla and melted margarine. Mix well. Press into a well-greased 9 x 11-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Add icing as soon as it is removed from oven.Icing:1/2 c. peanut butter1/2 box powdered sugar3 Tbsp. cocoa milk Combine peanut butter, sugar and cocoa. Add milk gradually until creamy.
