Peanut butter cookies

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• granulated sugar - 1/2 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 1 c
• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• egg - 1 item
• Crisco - 1/2 c
• peanut butter - 1/2 c

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Cream shortening. Combine with peanut butter. Mix until creamy and smooth. Add sugars, flour, egg, vanilla and salt. Mix well. Bake at 350° or until golden brown around edges, 10 or 12 minutes. Let cool. Enjoy.
