  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • shortening - 1 c
  • all-purpose flour - 3 c
  • crunchy peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • pinch salt - 1 item

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Mix as any cookie recipe. Pinch off in small balls. Place on cookie sheet. Mash with a fork. Cook 15 minutes at 350°.

May use 1/2 to 1 cup of pecans, if desired.
