Ingredients/Components

  • margarine or butter - 3 Tbsp
  • sifted powdered sugar - 1 c
  • peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • chocolate flavored confectioners coating - 8 oz

How to make peanut butter balls:

Stir together the peanut butter and margarine. Gradually add sugar, stirring until combined. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on wax paper. Let stand until dry (about 20 minutes).

Melt coating. Dip balls into melted coating; let excess drip off. Place on wax paper; let stand until coating is dry. Makes about 30 pieces.
