- graham cracker crumbs
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- finely chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- smooth peanut butter - 1/2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- block paraffin wax - 1/2 item
- chocolate bits
- canned coconut - 1 c
How to make peanut butter balls:
Mix together the margarine (melted), graham cracker crumbs, pecans and sugar in a large heavy saucepan. Add peanut butter, coconut and vanilla. Form into balls about the size of a walnut. To make the glaze for the balls, melt chocolate and paraffin wax in top of a double boiler with boiling water in the bottom. Using a fork, carefully dip each ball into the glaze and place on wax paper to harden.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 15 mins, Kid Friendly.
