Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- chocolate chips - 12 oz
- Rice Krispies - 3 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- chunky peanut butter - 2 c
How to make peanut butter balls:
Melt butter, sugar and peanut butter over low heat, stirring. Add Rice Krispies; stir until thoroughly coated. Form into 1-inch balls. Melt chocolate over a double burner. Dip formed balls into melted chocolate. Place on cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 15 mins, Kid Friendly.
