Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- white sugar - 1 c
- tapioca - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice optional - 1 tsp
- nutmeg optional - 1/4 tsp
- peaches - 3 4
- pastry crust for 2 crust pies
How to make peach pie:
Mix the peaches, tapioca, cornstarch, nutmeg, white and brown sugars, lemon juice and margarine. Pour in crust. Bake at 375° to 400° for 30 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
