- vanilla - 1 tsp

- butter or margarine, softened - 1 Tbsp
- creamy peanut butter - 1 c
- heavy cream, whipped - 1 c
- chocolate cookie crumbs 20 cookies
- grated chocolate or cookie crumbs - 1 item
How to make peanut butter pie:
Filling:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 c. creamy peanut butter1 c. sugar1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened1 tsp. vanilla1 c. heavy cream, whipped grated chocolate or cookie crumbs Combine crust ingredients; press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Cool.In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Gently spoon into crust. Garnish with chocolate or cookie crumbs, if desired. Refrigerate.
