- sugar - 2 tsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- oil - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
How to make pancakes:
Combine egg, milk and oil. Add sifted dry ingredients. Beat until smooth. Bake on ungreased griddle. Pour batter from 1/4 cup measuring cup. Makes 12 small cakes.Recipe categories: Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast, High calcium.
