Ingredients/Components
- paprika - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 Tbsp
- fine dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- 1/4-inch thick zucchini slices, onion rings or cauliflower flowerets - 2 c
- nonfat Italian salad dressing - 2 Tbsp
- Pam nonstick spray coating - 1 item
How to make oven-fried vegetables:
Spray a cold baking sheet with nonstick spray coating. Set aside. Stir together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and paprika in a 9-inch pie plate until well mixed. Place zucchini, onion rings or cauliflower in a medium mixing bowl. Drizzle vegetableRecipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Vegetables.
