yellow cake mix - 1 item
applesauce - 1/4 c
small can mandarin oranges with juice - 1 item
small box of vanilla instant pudding - 1 item
Pour into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan sprayed with cooking spray
can of crushed pineapple with juice - 1 oz

How to make orange sunshine cake:

Mix together all ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan (sprayed with cooking spray). Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before adding topping.Topping:1 (8 oz.) bowl of Cool Whip completely thawed1 small box of vanilla instant pudding1 (15 oz.) can of crushed pineapple (with juice) Mix together. Serves 15.
