Orange cream fruit salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk
- sour cream - 3/4 c
- can mandarin oranges - 1 oz
- bananas, sliced - 3 item
- can pineapple chunks - 1 oz
- can sliced peaches - 1 oz
- apples, peeled and chopped - 2 item
- thawed frozen orange juice concentrate - 1/3 c
How to make orange cream fruit salad:
Drain canned fruit. Combine all fruit in a bowl. Combine pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate in mixer bowl. Beat at high speed for 1 to 2 minutes. Add sour cream; beat well. Pour over fruit mixture. Chill, covered, in refrigerator. Yields 10 servings.Recipe categories: Low protein, Fruit, Salads.
