Oatmeal peanut butter cookies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 3/4 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- butter or margarine, softened - 1 c
- raisins - 1 c
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- ground cinnamon
- regular oats uncooked
How to make oatmeal peanut butter cookies:
Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs and peanut butter and beat well. Combine oats, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; add to creamed mixture, beating well. Stir in raisins and pecans. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350° for 10 to 11 minutes. Cool slightly on cookie sheets; remove to wire racks.
