- butter, softened - 1 c
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- rolled oats
- vanilla instant pudding 4 serving size - 1 pkg
- butterscotch morsels - 1 pkg
How to make oatmeal butterscotch cookies:
In a bowl, combine flour and baking soda. In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, sugars and pudding mix. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels. Batter will be stiff. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
