Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground beef
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- sharp cheddar cheese, grated - 1 item
- salt and pepper, to taste - 1 item
- Doritos - 1 pkg
- dash oregano - 1 item
- chopped jalapeno pepper - 1/4 1/2
- dash cumin - 1 item
How to make nacho casserole:
Combine the soups in a mixing bowl, do not dilute. Brown the meat; add salt and pepper to taste. Add oregano, cumin, jalapeno and onion. Combine with soup mixture. Line the bottom of a square or oblong Pyrex dish with chips. Layer meat, cheese, another meat layer, chips and top with cheese.
