Mounds bars
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
- coconut - 7 oz
- giant-sized "Symphony" chocolate bars with almond and toffee chips - 3 item
How to make mounds bars:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.Pour on the sweetened condensed milk and the coconut (sprinkle over top). Bake an additional 10 minutes at 350°. Immediately place the Symphony bars on top and return to oven to melt. Spread the melted chocolate.
Cool the bars before cutting. Do not refrigerate, the chocolate will turn white.
