Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 3 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- cans biscuits, each quartered - 3 item
How to make monkey bread:
Shake biscuit quarters in mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Distribute coated biscuit pieces evenly around a buttered Bundt pan. Melt butter in a saucepan; add remaining sugar and cinnamon mixture to margarine. Stir until sugar is dissolved some and pour over biscuit pieces. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove bread to a cake plate immediately. When cooled, make glaze of 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
