Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- sugar white - 1 c
- cans buttermilk biscuits - 3 item
How to make monkey bread:
Cut biscuits into quarters. Place in a large bowl with 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Shake until well covered. Grease a Bundt pan and begin placing biscuits alternating with nuts until pan is filled. In pan, bring butter, brown sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon to a boil. Pour over biscuits. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Invert pan and let stand 10 minutes. Serve warm.Recipe categories: Low protein, Breads, Rolls/biscuits.
