Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon
- granulated sugar - 3/4 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- brown sugar, firmly packed - 1 c
- 10 biscuit tubes Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits - 4 item
How to make monkey bread:
In bowl, mix granulated sugar and 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. Quarter each biscuit and drop into bowl to coat thoroughly (do a few at a time). Toss coated pieces into a greased Bundt pan. Any remaining sugar-cinnamon mixture can be sprinkled over pieces.Melt margarine. Mix melted margarine with brown sugar and rest of cinnamon. Pour mixture over pieces in pan. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm.
