Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- granulated sugar - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- 10 count cans Happy Jack biscuits - 2 item
How to make monkey bread:
Mix together sugars, cinnamon and pecans; set aside. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and roll in dry mixture, coating well. Layer coated biscuit pieces in tube pan. Pour melted margarine over top of biscuits. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Real good served warm with coffee.Recipe categories: Low protein, Breads, Rolls/biscuits.
