Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 1 pkg
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • whipped cream - 1 c
  • hot water - 1 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • marshmallows - 1 c
  • crushed pineapple - 1 c
  • pineapple juice - 1 c
  • lime gelatin - 1 pkg

How to make molded cheese salad:

Dissolve lime gelatin in hot water. Add pineapple juice and marshmallows. Whip until marshmallows are dissolved. Let cool until partially set. Then add pineapple, celery, nuts, cream cheese and whipped cream. Pour into mold and let set.

Variations: 1 package lime jello, 1 cup hot water, 1 cup cold ginger ale or 1 eight ounce package cream cheese, 1 can crushed pineapple, 1/2 cup nuts, 1/4 cup miniature marshmallows and 1/2 pint whipping cream.
