  • allspice - 1/2 tsp
  • skim milk - 1 c
  • carton plain yogurt - 1 oz
  • box sugar-free vanilla pudding - 1 item
  • baked 9-inch pastry shell - 1 item
  • light frozen whipped topping, thawed - 1 item

How to make mock sour cream raisin pie:

In pan, combine milk and yogurt. Add pudding. Cook and stir constantly until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in allspice. Add raisins and mix well. Let cool 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour into pastry shell. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with whipped topping.
