Mississippi mud cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- chopped nuts
- flour
- coconut - 3/4 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- jar marshmallow cream - 1 item
- cubes melted margarine - 2 item
- Combine melted margarine, flour, cocoa and vanilla
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Beat eggs and sugar until thick. Combine melted margarine, flour, cocoa and vanilla. Stir in coconut and nuts. Mix well and add to eggs and sugar. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven and immediately spread with marshmallow cream.
