  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 6 Tbsp
  • chopped nuts
  • flour
  • coconut - 3/4 c
  • cocoa - 1/3 c
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • jar marshmallow cream - 1 item
  • cubes melted margarine - 2 item
  • Combine melted margarine, flour, cocoa and vanilla

How to make mississippi mud cake:

Beat eggs and sugar until thick. Combine melted margarine, flour, cocoa and vanilla. Stir in coconut and nuts. Mix well and add to eggs and sugar. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven and immediately spread with marshmallow cream. Let stand a while but while cake is still warm spread top with chocolate frosting.Chocolate Frosting:1 cube melted margarine6 Tbsp. milk1/3 c. cocoa1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
