- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- miniature marshmallows - 1 item
- pecans
- sticks butter - 2 item
- Icing:1 stick butter
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Icing:1 stick butter1 box confectioners sugar1/4 c. cocoa1 tsp. vanilla Mix ingredients in order of listing (except marshmallows) until smooth. Pour batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until done. While still hot, cover with marshmallows. Top with icing.Icing: Combine all ingredients. Add a little milk to make creamy.
