Mile high strawberry pie

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• sugar - 3/4 c
• egg whites - 2 item
• lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
• salt - 1/8 tsp
• heavy cream - 1/2 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• baked 9 or 10-inch pie shell - 1 item

How to make mile high strawberry pie:

Place defrosted berries, sugar, egg whites, lemon juice and salt in large mixing bowl of electric beater. Beat at medium speed for 15 minutes or until stiff and mixture holds shape. Whip cream and vanilla. Add to strawberry mixture. Pile lightly in shell. Freeze overnight.
