Microwave caramel corn
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- light Karo syrup - 1/4 c
- large bowl popped corn do not add salt - 1 item
- stick butter, melted in a deep bowl - 1 item
How to make microwave caramel corn:
Cook (for the sauce) the butter, syrup, brown sugar and baking soda on High for 3 minutes. In 2 large paper bags, place the popped corn and the sauce. Shake well; may want to stir a little. Return entire bag to microwave for 2 minutes. Shake again. Return bag to microwave for 2 minutes. Great snack for kids.Recipe categories: Desserts, Microwave, Candy.
