Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- Longhorn cheese, grated - 2 c
- medium bag corn chips - 1 item
- red chili powder to taste - 1 item
- small cans kidney or pinto beans - 2 item
How to make mexican pie:
Brown beef and onion; add salt, pepper and garlic salt. Sprinkle flour over meat; mix lightly. Add tomato sauce, water and chili powder. Layer corn chips, beef, beans and cheese in large baking dish until all ingredients are used.
