Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • catsup - 1/4 c
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • onion, chopped - 1/4 c
  • bread or cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • to 2 eggs, beaten - 1 item

How to make meat loaf:

Combine the 1st six ingredients. Mix and form into a loaf. Mix next 4 ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer for a few minutes. Spread mixture over meat loaf. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
