Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • catsup - 1/3 c
  • prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • ground beef
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • tomato juice - 1 c
  • chili powder or chili seasoning - 1/4 tsp

How to make meat loaf:

Topping:1/2 c. catsup3 Tbsp. brown sugar2 Tbsp. prepared mustard1/4 tsp. chili powder or chili seasoning Mix ingredients and put in loaf pan or divide into two small loaves. Mix topping and pour over loaf and bake at 400° until done.
