- eggs - 2 item
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- catsup - 28 oz
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- hamburger - 2 lb
- Lipton onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- Sauce:1 small jar apple jelly
How to make meat balls:
Sauce:1 small jar apple jelly28 oz. catsup1 Tbsp. mustard Meatballs: Mix together all ingredients and form into balls. Cook for 15 minutes in a 350° oven. Drain off grease.Sauce: Place jelly, catsup and mustard in crock-pot. Mix well. Add meat balls and simmer for at least 2 hours.
