  • sugar
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 3 Tbsp
  • rolled oats - 3/4 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • catsup - 1 c
  • ground beef
  • onion, minced - 3 tsp

How to make meat balls:

Sauce:2 Tbsp. sugar2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1 c. catsup1/2 c. water3 Tbsp. vinegar6 Tbsp. onion, minced Combine first 6 ingredients and shape into balls. Place in a casserole dish. Mix together sauce ingredients and heat. Pour over balls and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
