  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • water - 2 c
  • margarine - 4 Tbsp
  • chicken broth
  • fresh mushrooms - 4 oz
  • minced garlic - 2 Tbsp
  • green onions, chopped - 2 item
  • finely chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • medium potatoes, peeled and chopped - 6 item
  • carrots, chopped fine - 2 item
  • small sweet onion, chopped - 1 item
