Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- small green pepper, diced - 1 item
- cooked, sliced carrots - 2 lb
- thin-sliced onion - 1 item
How to make marinated carrot salad:
Combine soup, oil, sugar, vinegar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce; mix. Add vegetables and marinate at least 24 hours. Serve either hot or cold.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
