Mandarin salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- boiling water
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- can mandarin oranges - 1 oz
- can frozen orange juice, undiluted - 1 oz
How to make mandarin salad:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool slightly and add frozen orange juice, stirring to melt. Chill until slightly syrupy and add remaining ingredients. Pour into rectangular 7 x 12-inch glass pan or use individual molds. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
