Macaroni salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- diced celery
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- elbow macaroni - 1 pkg
- finely shredded cabbage
- pimentos, chopped - 2 item
How to make macaroni salad:
Cook macaroni as directed on side panel. Rinse with cold water. Drain and chill. Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, salt and pepper.Combine chilled macaroni, vegetables and mayonnaise mixture, blending thoroughly. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves and garnish with radish roses. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
