  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • can coconut - 1 oz
  • Bake at 350° until crisp
  • Add to First Layer
  • Fourth Layer:1 large container Cool Whip

How to make lemon lush:

Mix and make crust in baking dish. Bake at 350° until crisp. Cool.Second Layer:8 oz. cream cheese1 c. powdered sugar Mix together with mixer. Add to First Layer.Third Layer:3 small boxes instant lemon pudding3 c. milk Beat until stiff and add to Second Layer.Fourth Layer:1 large container Cool Whip1 (8 oz.) can coconut Mix together and add to Third Layer. Reserve enough coconut to sprinkle on top. Cool.
