- sugar - 2 c
- cornmeal - 1 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- grated lemon rind - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- 9-inch pie shell
How to make lemon chess pie:
Combine sugar, flour and cornmeal in large bowl. Toss lightly with a fork. Add remaining ingredients. Beat with mixer until smooth and thoroughly blended. Pour into 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
