Layered spinach salad
Ingredients/Components
- dairy sour cream - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- mushroom slices - 2 c
- red onion rings - 1 c
- frozen peas, cooked and drained - 10 oz
- crisp bacon slices, crumbled - 3 item
- torn spinach
- Kraft real mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- Kraft Romano cheese - 1/2 c
How to make layered spinach salad:
Combine cheese and bacon; mix well. In 2 1/2-quart bowl, layer spinach, cheese mixture, mushrooms, onions and peas. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and sugar; mix well. Spread over salad to seal. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cheese over top; cover. Refrigerate overnight. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Salads, Main dish, One Dish meal.
