Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • frozen peas - 1 pkg
  • mayonnaise - 2 c
  • small onion, diced - 1 item
  • celery, chopped - 1 c
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 4 oz
  • head lettuce - 1 item
  • eggs, chopped - 4 item
  • peppers, chopped - 1 c
  • to 10 slices crisp bacon, crumbled - 8 item

How to make layered salad:

Tear lettuce into bite size pieces and put into a large bowl. Layer rest of ingredients in order given. Add sugar to mayonnaise and spread on top. Top with grated cheese, cover and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours. Toss at serving time.
