Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- frozen peas - 1 pkg
- mayonnaise - 2 c
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 4 oz
- head lettuce - 1 item
- eggs, chopped - 4 item
- peppers, chopped - 1 c
- to 10 slices crisp bacon, crumbled - 8 item
How to make layered salad:
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces and put into a large bowl. Layer rest of ingredients in order given. Add sugar to mayonnaise and spread on top. Top with grated cheese, cover and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours. Toss at serving time.Recipe categories: Salads, 3 steps or less, > 1 day.
