Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 2
- pkg - 1 oz
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 2 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- green pepper, diced - 1/2 item
- slices bacon, cooked and crumbled - 8 item
- head lettuce, torn into small pieces - 1 item
- hard boiled eggs, sliced - 4 item
- cheddar cheese, shredded - 4 oz
How to make layered salad:
Layer first 7 ingredients in order given. Combine mayonnaise and sugar. Spread evenly over top of salad. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and refrigerate 8 to 12 hours. Garnish with parsley before serving.Recipe categories: Salads, 3 steps or less, > 1 day.
