Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 1 item
- basil - 1 tsp
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- parsley - 1 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 lb
- Ricotta cheese - 1 item
- bay leaves - 2 item
- tomatoes - 2 qt
- ground beef, cooked - 2 lb
- buttons garlic - 2 item
How to make lasagna:
Combine beef, tomatoes, garlic, onions, tomato paste and bay leaves. Cook until onions are tender. Add parsley and basil; simmer for 1 hour. Cook lasagna noodles. Shred Mozzarella cheese. Combine egg and Ricotta, salt and pepper. Add Parmesan cheese. Alternate sauce with lasagna noodles and cheese mixture in greased baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 325°.
