Ingredients/Components
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- white cake mix - 1 item
- small boxes jello may use same flavor or 2 different flavors - 2 item
How to make jello cake:
Mix cake as directed on box and bake. Cool as directed using 2 pans sprayed with Pam. Mix each box of jello with 1/2 cup hot water. Add 1/2 cup cold water and mix. With cakes still in pans, poke holes throughout with meat fork. Pour jello over cake - slowly. Refrigerate overnight. Loosen cake from pans and use the Cool whip for frosting.Note: Sugar-free jello can be sued and lite Cool Whip may also be used.
